Globw

A language you write the way you think. Typed, fast, with everything you need already included.

scroll

Made to be your first language, and still be useful.

Simplicity

Code reads like a sentence. Clear blocks, and errors that tell you how to fix them.

Power

Graphics, databases, networking, audio, AI and physics are already in the standard library. You install nothing.

Efficiency

Your code compiles and runs on the fly, all from a single file.

Fast, and measured.

Numbers taken from the binary, not promises. For the technical details, open nerd mode.

What's in the box.

Whole libraries already inside the language. The generic ones take the gw prefix.

Try it here.

Write Globw and run it, right in your browser. Edit the examples or start your own.

Libraries, with

Globw has its own package manager. Install what the community shares, or publish your own — anonymous, online in one command.

Install

Pull a library into your path, then import it.

$ gwget install vec2
' then, in your program:
import vec2

Publish

A gw.json and your .gw files — one command, online at once.

$ gwget publish
' prints a one-time edit token

Also gwget search, gwget list, gwget remove. Full guide in the docs.
